Using IMS isn’t like hiring someone from your local hardware store or handyman service; you’re hiring an expert who is there to ensure that your new system is installed properly and that your home is protected. Our technicians will never make your home feel like a construction zone. We will be prompt, unobtrusive, and in and out before you can say “gas furnace.”
At IMS Heating & Air, we will accept both personal as well as company responsibility of your 100%, complete satisfaction with the operation of the heating and air equipment that we provide and you pay for. If you aren’t satisfied with the operation of the equipment we install, we’ll promptly correct the problem for you.
After we’ve exhausted all efforts to address the problem, and if the equipment is still not operating to the manufacturer’s standards, and the manufacturer’s representative has verified a failure and that no other alternative is available, during the first full year after equipment installation, upon your written request, we will remove the system and refund in full your money. This guarantee applies only to complete Home Comfort Systems (furnace, evaporator coil and condenser), installed on the same date and does not apply to any partial system.
Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting corners and pricing for less. So it’s important what is and is not included in any heating and cooling system you choose for your home. IMS Heating & Air, Inc. promises you cannot find a licensed contractor with drug-free employees to provide you with a comparable installation and with all written company warranties for less with the same credentials. We will meet or beat the competitive bid with verification of the competitor’s valid proposal.
