Send Us A Few Pictures of Your System

We will need you to be our eyes on your equipment. You can text or email us pictures of your system. We are looking for 5 pictures; the floor to ceiling of the furnace, left side of the furnace, the right side of the furnace, full electrical panel opened and the outdoor location of the air conditioner. Some additional but not necessary items that will help us is the breaker amp size for your air conditioner, the width of the furnace, and the floor to the bottom of the ductwork measurement.

Home Comfort Appointment

We will be going over a lot of questions about your house along with having you take some measurements. The next page of this document will have the measurements we will take. You will be asked to measure equipment, additional items and send pictures of equipment.

Digital Presentation & Signing

We will be offering multiple solutions for your home comfort needs. We will also offer financing options and rebates as they apply. We will then discuss your needs and answer any questions you have about each of the options for your project. Once you have decided on the best options for the home. We will have you sign digitally.

Day of Installation

On the day of the installation, we will first walk your project with you. We will clean the equipment before we bring it to your house. We also will be cleaning our tools and exceeding CDC guidelines with social distancing as wells as personal protective gear. We will keep to the project areas and pathways to the installation with little to no contact. We will have a final walk through with you to verify the completion of the project. All paperwork will be signed digitally.
